Instructions:

  • In each skill category, fill in either 1, 2 ,3,4,or 5
    • -poor
    • -less than average
    • -Average
    • 4-Good
    • 5-Excellent
  • If majority of the questions have 1 attached, then you are competent in that skill.If majority have 2 or 3 attached then you are moderately competent or would need to improve respectively.

  • 1-3 you need to improve on your skills.
  • 4-5 you are great in the skill in question

The ranking is still relative. Even if you are objectively below par in all skills generally, you must still have a relatively strong skill which you should be able to rank.
