If you have made it this far, you deserve a hearty handshake. You have received your interview letter and by now you suddenly realize that there is a lot of things you don’t know and there is a dearth of materials in print and online available to guide you on the adequate preparatory steps for your interview.
The interview can either be an in person interview, a video conferencing interview (most commonly via Skype) and a phone interview. From personal experience, make a phone interview the least preferred option and that is if you have no choice. The more of you they can see, the better and you can easily read facial expressions. There is a basic rule, without adequate preparation, you cannot ace an interview except you are a genius. Try to practice everything from what to wear to how to speak.
